A few weeks ago, my parents and I drove down along the coast to meet up with my cousin and his wife for lunch. They had taken the week off to celebrate my cousins birthday in Monterrey.

We ate at a delicious seafood restaurant called Phil’s and walked along the beach afterwards.

I love that in the winter California’s beaches can still be sunny and pleasant. I truly love living in California and can’t imagine living anywhere else.
